He's qualified as an orthopedic surgeon from Grant Medical College , Mumbai. His interest lies in joint replacement and fracture reconstruction who's been into private practice since the last 17 years. He's been an honorary associated orthopedic surgeon at the Baba Hospital Kurla and an honorary professor at the Mumbai Uviversity.
Mrs. Naazinin Husein - Consulting Dietitian, PG Dietetics- Yoga expert
She's qualified from Nirmala Niketan College of Home Science and a Post graduate from SNDT University , juhu. She's been a counselor in Nutrition and Dietetics at several places like, The Regent Mumbai, At Nanavati Hospital, Hinduja Hospital with Dr Bharat Shah, Nephrologist. Her Cardiac patients are referred to as “Pass the Bypass” She's associated with several associations like Lion's Club, IDA, and Marico Industries to name a few.
She's an expert at Yoga, trained from the Yoga Institute, Santacruz, conducting programs on Life style management [stress, exercise, Yoga, nutritional mngmt.] Currently she's working with a team of Cardiologist, psychiatrist and yoga teachers at the Santa Cruz yoga institute and international board of yoga on research projects.
Mr. Firdosh Anklesaria – Fitness Trainer
He's a certified fitness consultant from the American Council on Exercise (USA) and International Sports Sciences Association (USA) who's won the “Young achievers award from Indo American Society “in fitness category.
A Personal trainer to members of several industrialist families and celebrities who's Featured in lifestyle programmes on B.B.C, C.N.N, Star Plus and Sony T.V. He's also a Health and Fitness columnist to many leading publications like : The Indian Express, The Asian Age and many more.
He's been a Lecturer for Talwalkar's Fitness Academy and BFY Sports Academy . He's associated in the Management of several corporate gyms like, ABN Amro, ICICI Ltd, Exim Bank to name a few. He's managing several reputed gyms like, Inch by Inch gym at Marine Drive People's gym at Malad, Acres Club at Chembur, Breach Candy Club, Nirmal Lifestyle Club (Mulund).
He's also providing honorary physical training consultant for Happy Home and School for the Blind, Currently publishing the book: Getting Fit- a Beginners Guide to Exercise.
DR. K.G. NAIR

Dr. K.G.Nair is an internationally renowned Professor of Cardiology. He graduated in 1953 from the K.E.M.Hospital, Mumbai, with the highest marks in the University. Before he returned to India in 1970, he was an Asst. Professor of Cardiology, Harvard University, Associate Professor of Cardiology at the University of Chicago, and later, Prof. of Cardiology at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. He is a pioneer in Molecular Cardiology having started his work on RNA polymerase activity in hypertrophying hearts as far back as 1962, and has a PhD in this subject from the University of Chicago (for his pioneering work on cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase in 1960). He has been the President of all major societies in India and a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, Royal Society of Medicine, European Society of Cardiology, the Philippine Society of Cardiology and the prestigious Indian Academy of Sciences. He has organized many memorable international meetings in India and abroad. Recently, he was made a Fellow of the International Academy of Cardiovascular Research and awarded the Howard Morgan Prize for his research work. He has over 200 publications, including contributions to many Text Books, and has given numerous orations in India and abroad. He is currently the Medical Director of the Holy Family Hospital and was earlier, Director of the Breach Candy Hospital. He is regarded by his colleagues as the Father of Modern Cardiology in India. He is the Chairman of the Research Committee, Hinduja Hospital and Indian Chairman of the Lady Tata Memorial Trust and the Trustee of the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust and on the Governing Body of the Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. Very recently Dr. K.G. Nair has been inducted on the special Advisory Committee to the Prime Minister on research and Health Matters.
