COURSE CONTENT
  • Notes for all the 7 subjects {Food Microbiology, sanitation and hygiene, Human physiology, Bio-chemistry, Human Nutrition and Meal Management, Diet Therapy (Theory), Community Nutrition, Food Service Management} will be provided.
  • There are 3 manuals:
VOLUME I – will be issued by end of February, 2009.
  • HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY
  • FOOD MICROBIOLOGY
  • COMMUNITY NUTRITION
  • FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT
VOLUME II – will be issued by end of March, 2009.
  • BIOCHEMISTRY
  • HUMAN NUTRITION & MEAL MANAGEMENT
VOLUME III– will be issued by end of April, 2009.

4 assignments: April, May, July, Aug - 1 assignment each month which need to be answered and submitted before 25th of respective month.

  • 2 mock RD exams: June -1 And September –1.
  • Every Friday night, you will have to solve FAQs given in the manual and send the answers via mail onindiard2008@yahoo.co.in . And you will receive the answers on Sunday night.
  • FAQs, assignments and mock RD exam questions will be given in the manual stating the date of submission. You would be required to answer and e-mail to indiard2008@yahoo.co.in or courier it to respective faculty. Any other queries shall also be solved.
  • FAQs, assignments and mock RD exam answers will be corrected by our esteemed faculty in Mumbai. We shall provide you with the correct answers via email, only after submission of answers by you.
  • There will be 2 Personal Contact Programs (PCP) in the entire course which will give you an opportunity to discuss all your queries related to RD exam preparation with our faculty and share the views or more ideas on completing the question paper in allotted time. There are no separate charges for PCP.
  • PCP will be conducted in Dadar, Mumbai. The dates for PCP are 28th June, 2009 (Sunday) and 26th September, 2009 (Sunday). Timings will be intimated later.
FEES
  • Rs. 6500/-only. This includes 3 volumes of RD manual, correction of questions, postal charges.
  • Students from Mumbai can make the payment through cheque.
  • Students out of Mumbai have to send a DD for the payment.
